I do not know if this has been used. I don't know much about this autotuner, but if you hit the tune button the green light flashes. Item is being sold as is, untested.

No cable included, only what is pictured.

It doesn't show signs of use, but there was a spot of sticky residue on the top, I figured from a label, so I tried to clean it off which unfortunately has left a shiny spot with little scratches in the middle.
