Comes with the manual. Mfj 981 3kw tuner. Switched indicator.

Meter is a bit generous on forward power, but reflected and Sr seem to be quite accurate. Some scratches and rubs, one missing screw. Have not tested meter lamp, don't know if that works pretty good shape for age. Have been using with 500 watts and all seems to be working OK.
