Can be use outside and comes in an Ir 55 mounting box. This one is I think is Nutone ISA419AB outdoor recessed speaker in antique brass that can be used with the ima4406 master system if I did my research correctly.

Used, but I have been told the work. Some are Nutone and do not work with mine, so looking for new homes for them. A friend gave me a bunch of intercom speakers to help me fix some in my system at home.

Brass needs a good polishing but they are very heavy, solid units.
