Happy buying. It is new and has never been used or hooked up so it is being sold as untested. I do know these are very rare and hard to find and even harder to find in new condition. I think you hook it up in and empty crystal slot and tune from there.

It gives the old 23 channel base station expanded coverage. You can expand the channels with this vfo so iam told.

I am not exactly sure how it operates or hooked up.
