This is a Daiwa CNW518 kilowatt tuner with cross needle meter. Not blown or burned but sometime in its life someone turned the antenna cap knob too far and stripped drive. Just bid and we both will see. Meter works,lights work and if you move the cap with a screwdriver it will tune.

But it is for parts or repair. Dont bother with offers unless you want to give the farm.
