It doesn't appear to have ever been installed or used.

There are some minor stress cracks in the insulating material on the sides but none seem more than surface deep. Appears to be made entirely of solid brass or bronze. Patent date obviously for a transmitter application but i've never seen one built to this high a standard or from this expensive a material.

It measures approx 7 x 7 x 7 tall with plates extended and has 11 plates.
