Before balun were all made out of beads and cores, both b w heath kit offered hams air-wound for converting ladder line or TV twin lead to 50 ohm coax. This is the b w version model 3977 for matching 300 ohms to 50 or any 6:1 chore.

But I guess it could also match 4:1 going from 300 ohm twin lead to 75 coax. Well, at least you would be in the ballpark. There is no cabinet the heath kit b-1 balun came in a but this b w unit did not. Anyway, this offer is for one complete 3977 with both coils in good shape and sturdy connectors the twin lead coax.
